Marissa Hayko, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) provides support for children, teens, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, obsessive–compulsive concerns, perfectionism, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is also passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals (including those on the autism spectrum). She provides consultations both in-person at QPS and virtually.
Marissa creates a therapeutic environment that feels warm, grounded, and approachable, where individuals can engage authentically and feel supported throughout the process. She strives to foster a space that encourages self-discovery, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Her approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice.
Marissa completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is supervised by clinical psychologists Dr. Julian Caza and Dr. Kelly Weegar.
